CCPA Notice for California Residents

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").

1. Categories of personal information we collect

In the past 12 months we have collected: identifiers (name, email, phone number, postal address, IP address); customer records (billing, pickup and delivery details); commercial information (bids, watched lots, purchases, seller listings); internet or network activity (pages viewed, interactions with the site); and approximate geolocation derived from ZIP code or IP address. We collect this information from you directly, from your device, and from service providers such as payment processors and carriers.

2. Purposes

We use these categories for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including running auctions, processing transactions, sending account notifications, security and fraud prevention, and improving the Service.

3. Disclosure, sale and sharing

We disclose personal information to sellers of lots you win, to carriers you choose, and to service providers for business purposes. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16.

4. Sensitive personal information

Account login credentials are used only to provide your account and are not used to infer characteristics about you.

5. Your rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion; to request correction of inaccurate information; to opt out of sale or sharing; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

6. How to make a request

Email our support team at support@lawnride.com with the subject "CCPA Request", or call +1 (727) 986-4336. We verify your identity by matching information you provide with information in our records. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide written permission signed by you. We respond within 45 days, and may extend this by another 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you.

7. Retention

We keep each category of personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements.
